No Nonsense Help was founded by Philip Abrams. He has worked with computers since they were made of wood and brass, and really knows his stuff. He is eminently qualified to provide this service. He is a computer scientist, having worked in the software and computer services industry for years. He earned an AB degree in mathematics from Princeton, and an MA and PhD from Stanford in computer science. Over the years, he has had plenty of experience helping family, friends and customers. Besides technology, his other interests include cooking, theater, reading and music.
Other team members have equally impressive backgrounds and experience with technology.
